Ladies, we’ve reached the final day of our deep dive into Time Management, and what a journey it’s been!

James 4:14 reminds us: “You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.” Whew. That hits different, doesn’t it? It’s a reminder that time isn’t just moving, it’s sacred. We don’t get to rewind it, and we definitely can’t control how much of it we have. But what we can do is surrender our time to God and trust Him to direct our days with purpose, peace, and power.

This week, we’ve talked about how to honor God with our schedules, set boundaries, and prioritize what truly matters. Whether you’ve been consistent every day or just checking in when you could, thank you for being here. Your presence and participation matter.

Tomorrow, we start Week 7: Motherhood, our next virtue of a noble woman from Proverbs 31.…

Balance is about intention, not perfection. When we slow down and let God guide our priorities, we make room for peace, purpose, and power. Where is God highlighting the need for your focus today?

1️⃣ Spiritual Growth – I need to spend more intentional time with God.

2️⃣ Family & Relationships – I want to pour more into my loved ones.

3️⃣ Self-Care & Rest – I’ve been pouring from an empty cup.

4️⃣ Purpose Work – I feel the pull to focus on my calling or assignment.

Between kids, work, ministry, and just life, balance can feel like a myth, right? But real balance isn’t about doing everything, it’s about doing the right things well.

Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us “There is a time for everything,” and Proverbs 16:3 tells us to “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”

A noble woman knows she’s not meant to carry it all. She seeks God to help her focus on what truly matters; things that build her faith, nurture her family, restore her soul, and align with her purpose.

Today, let’s pause and ask ourselves: Am I focused on what truly matters… or just busy doing everything?

Sometimes, life gets loud and our focus drifts. Let’s be real about what’s pulling us out of the moment:

1️⃣ Worry about the future – I’m constantly running scenarios in my head.

2️⃣ Overloaded schedule – I’m doing so much that I can’t slow down.

3️⃣ Phone/social media – I’m present... but I’m scrolling.

4️⃣ Guilt from the past – I’m physically here, but my mind is back there.

How often do we miss what God is doing right now because we’re too busy worrying about what might happen tomorrow?

Matthew 6:34 says, “Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

Sis, when we constantly stress over the future, we rob ourselves of today’s peace, purpose, and presence. Living in the present doesn’t mean we don’t plan, it means we trust God enough to focus on what He’s placed in front of us today. That’s where the real joy, growth, and God-moments happen!

Take a deep breath, pause, and ask yourself: Am I fully present in this moment, or am I letting tomorrow steal today?

We all approach time differently, but recognizing where we are helps us grow. So, how would you describe your current rhythm?

1️⃣ The Planner Queen – I live by my calendar, and I love structure!

2️⃣ The Last-Minute Warrior – I get it done… eventually.

3️⃣ The “Jesus Take the Wheel” Flow – I try to go with the flow and trust God to lead.

4️⃣ Trying to Get It Together – I want to do better but haven’t figured it all out yet.

Whew, life gets BUSY, right? Between work, kids, commitments, and everything in between, it can feel like there’s never enough time in the day. But here’s the truth: our God is not a God of chaos, but of order.

1 Corinthians 14:40 reminds us, “Let all things be done decently and in order,” and Proverbs 31:15 paints the picture of a noble woman who rises early, prepared and intentional. Time management isn’t just a productivity hack, it’s a spiritual discipline. When we plan, prioritize, and organize with purpose, we make room for God to move in our lives more freely and powerfully.

So today, let’s take a moment to reflect: Is your schedule aligned with your spiritual goals? Or are you just trying to survive the day?

Sometimes, protecting your peace and purpose means turning down things that aren’t aligned with what God is asking of you. Which best describes your relationship with saying no?

1️⃣ “No” is my struggle – I say yes way too much and it shows in my schedule (and my energy!).

2️⃣ I’m learning to say no – I’m getting better at it, but I still feel a little guilty.

3️⃣ I’m a boundary boss – I’ve learned the power of “no” and I’m unapologetic about protecting my time and peace.

4️⃣ It depends on the season – Sometimes I’m great with boundaries, other times… not so much.

One of the hardest parts of managing our time well is learning to say that little word, no. As women, especially as nurturers, leaders, and helpers, we often feel pulled in every direction. And while serving is a beautiful part of who we are, overcommitting can leave us drained, distracted, and distant from the very God we’re trying to honor.

Even Jesus took time to pull away to pray, rest, and recharge. That’s balance. That’s wisdom.

Matthew 5:37 says, “Let your ‘yes’ be yes, and your ‘no,’ no.”In other words, be intentional. Be honest. Be clear. Setting boundaries doesn’t make you selfish, it makes you obedient and available for what God has truly called you to.

Let’s reflect: Where in your life are you overcommitted, and is it possible that some of those “yeses” are pulling you away from what God truly wants you focused on?

Sometimes we think we’re managing our time well… but if we’re honest, we’re either overwhelmed or running on autopilot. This poll is all about checking in and asking: Who’s really ordering your steps? How do you usually manage your schedule?

1️⃣ I plan everything myself – I like control and tend to rely on my own routine.

2️⃣ I invite God in—sometimes – I check in with God when I feel overwhelmed.

3️⃣ God sets the tone – I intentionally pray and ask God to guide my day.

4️⃣ Winging it daily – No plan. No prayer. Just vibes (but I know I need to do better!).

I would have to say my phone. My life is connected to my phone, so I can find myself spending hours checking and responding to emails, scrolling through social media, texting, etc… and even if it’s not hours spent, the notifications throughout the day keep me constantly looking at my phone 🤦🏾‍♀️

Let’s be real, life can get BUSY. Between work, family, ministry, and everything in between, it’s easy to feel like there’s not enough time in the day. But here’s the truth: the way we spend our time reveals what’s happening in our hearts.

Proverbs 16:9 reminds us, “In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.” When we let God direct our schedules, we gain peace, clarity, and alignment with His purpose. A noble woman isn’t led by pressure, she’s led by purpose. She understands that not everything deserves her time and attention, and she humbly trusts God to show her what matters most.

Today, let’s pause and ask: Are we allowing God to establish our steps, or are we trying to do it all on our own?

We all have that one thing (or a few things) that keeps us from living intentionally. Whether it’s being too busy, distractions, or just not having a plan, identifying it is the first step to shifting it.

What’s your biggest time stealer right now? Choose the one that hits home the most:

1️⃣ Social Media Scrolling – Just 5 mins turns into an hour real quick!

2️⃣ Overcommitting – Saying "yes" to too many things, not leaving room for what matters.

3️⃣ Lack of Planning – I want to use my time better, but I don’t have a system.

4️⃣ Procrastination – I know what I should be doing… I just don’t want to do it right now.

Time is one of the most valuable gifts God has given us, but let’s be real, it often feels like there’s never enough of it. Between work, kids, responsibilities, and everything in between, it’s easy to feel pulled in a million directions.

But Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us that “there is a time for everything,” and Psalm 90:12 encourages us to ask God to “teach us to number our days.” When we start seeing time as a gift, not a burden, everything shifts. Intentional living means we don’t just let the day happen, but we step into each moment with purpose. It means we choose to glorify God with how we show up, what we say yes to, and even what we say no to.

Let’s kick off this week by checking in with how we’re using our time.
