Welcome! I’m Daunyae Monique, the heart behind The Noble Woman Study and a woman deeply passionate about inspiring others to live fully in faith and purpose. As a black Christian woman, mother of five wonderful children, and author of The Noble Woman, my journey has been shaped by God’s grace, resilience, and a desire to uplift others.
Hailing from sunny Southern California, I’ve embraced my calling as a transformation specialist and mental health ambassador. My passion lies in helping women navigate life’s challenges with strength and faith. Through my work as a personal trainer and wellness advocate, I emphasize holistic well-being, encouraging women to care for their minds, bodies, and their spirit.
My entrepreneurial ventures reflect my commitment to creating spaces where growth and community thrive, from founding Professional Women's Networking Association to establishing educational initiatives for children. Yet, my greatest joy comes from connecting with women like you—sharing wisdom, experiences, and practical tools for personal and spiritual transformation.
The Noble Woman Study holds a very special place in my heart because it is so much more than a Bible study—it’s a reflection of my journey as a woman and my desire to empower others to walk in their God-given purpose. As a single mother, I’ve faced my share of challenges, but Proverbs 31 has been a source of strength, guidance, and inspiration. Its timeless wisdom reminds us that being a noble woman is not about perfection but about living with intention, faith, and a heart for others.
Creating this study allowed me to take a closer look at the virtues that have shaped my life and share them with women from all walks of life. Each virtue represents a lesson learned, a moment of growth, or a truth revealed in my own journey. The process of writing The Noble Woman and its companion workbook deepened my faith and reinforced my belief in the power of God’s word to transform lives.
Through this study, my goal is to help women discover their strength, embrace their worth, and grow in their faith. I want every woman who participates to see herself as God sees her: capable, loved, and uniquely gifted to make an impact. I believe in the beauty of sisterhood and the transformative power of women coming together to encourage, support, and inspire one another.
During International Women’s Month, what better way to celebrate than by diving into scripture and exploring the virtues that define a noble woman? This study is an invitation to reflect, grow, and connect with women around the world as we seek to honor God with our lives.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. I am excited to grow with you and see how God moves through this study to bless and empower us all.
With love and purpose,
Daunyae Monique
